The receptionist was very nice and efficient. I was taken to a room within 5 minutes of sitting down, and Dr. Grevelink came in within 5 minutes of that. He was professional, knowledgable and thorough. I felt confident leaving his office and would highly recommend!

**All new patients are required to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Please provide your insurance information including the member ID as well as your home address. You are responsible for obtaining an insurance referral from your PCP if your insurance requires it. If you do not have this required referral, you may not be able to be seen for your appointment. All cosmetic consults are subject to a consult fee.**
Dr. Joop (“Yope”) M. Grevelink received his M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.He received his residency training in dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He established and directed the MGH Dermatology Laser Center for nine years and continues his 30-year affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital. He has trained many physicians in laser surgery, has been a clinical investigator for numerous laser companies, and presents at national and international conferences and seminars. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatology Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Grevelink has staff privileges at Massachusetts General Hospital and Winchester Hospital.

Terrible experience with their billing department. Staff was also unfriendly when I contacted them. Would not recommend solely for this reason, as the actual medical experts were nice and friendly.
