My experience at Dr. Garcia's office was very pleasant. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. I was seen almost immediately after filling out the forms and the doctor saw me shortly after that. She listened to all my concerns and recommended me therapy which was not recommended by any other OBGYN that I saw. She's very sweet and takes the time to understand the patient. They even offer the therapy in the office so I was booked immediately after finishing with the doctor.

Let’s be honest it’s never easy going to the doctor, especially during these COVID-19 times we are currently living in. However Dr. Garcia-Sayre made my visit amazing. She offered to switch my examination room due to the cold temperature this was an effort to make me more comfortable which I appreciated so much. She answered all of my questions & concerns and I highly recommend her.
I would also like to add, the entire staff was extremely nice & pleasant.

Please do not see Dr. Garcia. They wait time was over 2 hours. When I first arrived, at my 9am appointment, I wasn’t greeted until 9:15, even though I got to the office at 8:50am. They told me that “they aren’t sure if Dr. Garcia had arrived.” The nursing staff was incredibly rude and unorganized. It wasn’t until I asked around 9:40, if I would ever be seen, that they called me to check my vitals. Once they checked my vitals, I asked “how long do you think till will see the doctor?” The nurse says, “about 5 mins.” They till me to sit back outside and at 10:30am, I STILL HADN’T BEEN CALLED IN!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

My first visit with Dr. Jocelyn was great! She made me feel very comfortable and listened very attentively to my questions and concerns. I did have a somewhat long wait time of 45 minutes but it was also my first visit with paperwork to fill out. Either way, would recommend! Nurses were very nice and polite.

The doctor was very nice and friendly but I saw her for about 10 mins of my two and half hour wait . First the staff called me two days before to tell me they didn’t no longer had the appointment I booked on zocdoc that I had received a confirmation ; simply because sometimes there are errors with the online booking. I booked for the same day different time. Parking was a circus ; they offer free valet but it might be nice if they told you that before hand . I looked for the parking and found a free garage on the 6 floor of 6 floors . When I got there no one took my name and I kept knocking on the window ; I just walked inside and they said they were on the phone . I wrote my name but didn’t get any paperwork . As more and more people came in I went and requested the paperwork and asked how much longer. They said they didn’t know that they still needed to verify my insurance but they hadn’t given me paperwork to provide it . Once again the doctor was very nice but the staff that handles the patients really needs to get their act together. I was just going for a checkup but would hate to have an emergency or urgent need.

It was amazing! I normally haaaaaaate going to the gyno for anything but this was by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had for an annual women’s wellness exam. Now that I’ve found dr Garcia-Sayre I know I don’t have anything to worry about for future appointments. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Nice personnel, friendly staff, clean, new office. Couldn’t be happier!
