My experience as a new patient was very pleasant. Judy the check in nurse was very kind and thorough. Dr. Serrano took time to clean out my chart and explain what was covered for a new patient by Medicare. Her examination was very thorough and helpful for me.

She made me feel so welcome ! I truly felt she gave me her most wanted attention , she listened to everything I said and genuinely cared about my concerns ! The nurses and office staff were just as genuine ! I' found a new home !
