Dr. Jochen Son-Hing is a caring and diligent pediatric orthopedic surgeon based in Beachwood, Cleveland, Westlake, and Mentor, Ohio. Dr. Son-Hing earned his medical degree from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine in Canada. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine. He then moved to the United States to complete a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at the University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Dr. Son-Hing’s clinical interests include pediatric orthopedics, correction of pediatric scoliosis, and other pediatric spinal deformities. He has treated and managed a diverse range of medical dysfunctions and is committed to providing the best comprehensive medical care available.

Dr. Son-Hing is a kind, caring and informative doctor. He was able to tell us the reason why our son's clavicle wasn't healing immediately. Also, he immediately gave us options to repair his clavicle. He did an excellent job repairing it. We saw an orthopaedic doctor before Dr. Son-Hing and Dr. Son-Hing's knowledge and personality FAR EXCEEDED the original orthopaedic doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Son-Hing for all pediatric orthopaedics needs.

Dr. Son-Hing and his staff are very personable. They made mt teenage daughter feel very comfortable. everything about my daughters surgery was explained to us in great detail. The best is the office is always available for any questions, and you never feel rushed.

We brought our son in with a broken wrist. Dr. Son Hing, has the best bedside manner he made us feel at ease, and explained everything that needed to be done in a way we could understand, he also made our son feel comfortable, and not so scared.

From our first visit with Dr. Son Hing in October 2015 we knew our daughter was in good hands. He made us feel comfortable and answered all the questions we had. Our daughter had spinal fusion surgery late November 2015 and it was a great success. Dr. Son Hing was wonderful during it all and still continues to be informative, kind and caring post surgery.
