More about Dr. Joe Campbell, MD
Dr. Joe Campbell blends knowledge, compassion and experience to provide his patients with the best possible care. He has distinguished himself in education receiving undergraduate training from Harvard College in the History of Science, graduating with an A.B magna cum laude. After medical training at Stanford, he practiced for two years on the Sioux Indian Reservation in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Since then he has balanced his practice between Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Campbell has devoted much of his life to helping people improve their health, both locally and internationally. He recently volunteered with Medical Teams International following disasters in New Orleans, Sri Lanka, and South Sudan near the Darfur region. He also supports a small medical clinic and nutritional program in Arequipa, Peru.
Dr. Campbell believes that health care practitioners are privileged to help others in their quest for better health. He supports the mission of the Pearl Health Center, to provide the best of scientific medicine with the integration of complimentary practices of chiropractic, acupuncture, massage and mental health.
