Dr. Joel Biggers is an insightful, compassionate family physician treating patients in Brandon, Florida, and the surrounding communities. His primary goal as a practitioner is to provide excellent, up-to-date, whole-person care to each of his patients. He operates out of Biggers Family Medicine, a young, energetic practice that is small enough to ensure that each of his patients sees him directly. A native of Brandon, Dr. Biggers attended Nova Southeastern University in order to pursue his medical degree. He continued his medical education at Florida Hospital. Here, he completed both an internship and a residency program focused on family medicine. He keeps his practice current by attending annual conferences through the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Patients visiting Dr. Biggers can receive a full range of medical care. In addition to general consultations, he provides services including well care for men and women (including Pap smear), in-office removal and biopsy of skin lesions, trigger point injections for muscle pain, and nail removal for ingrown toenails. the staff was very unfriendly and seemed unhappy. I was not informed that I would not be seeing dr Joel. His associate pushed off my complaint and dismissed it as nothing with little explanation he barley performed and physical assessment. Overall could have been a lot better.

It was a great experience one of thw best that I ever had for a doctors office. I was late getting there and they still took me. Dr.Biggers was very patient answered all my questions. His two young staff members were very helpful and courteous aa well.
