You can tell that Dr. Cohen is an experienced physician. His examination was more thorough than my previous ENT physician. He offered me treatment options but didn't push anything on me.

Wonderful office. Very thorough in finding a diagnosis. I didn't feel rushed. Nurses were very nice and attentive. Everyone was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Cohen was making jokes. I will definitely come back and refer my family and friends.
My only complaint was with Zocdoc, not Dr Cohen. I filled out the forms online and scanned my insurance card thinking I was going to save time. The front desk said that the forms online weren't theirs. So I wound up taking 15 minutes to fill out the forms and copy my insurance card. Just an FYI.

Dr. Cohen was so sweet and understanding. I'm a big baby when it comes to any doctor so he took the extra time to explain a couple of procedures/options and was really gentle when he completed the procedure. I definitely recommend!

Very pleasant, polite staff, that moves very quickly. Dealing with the wait staff and the nursing group is actually a very pleasant experience--in sharp contrast to most doctors' offices. It's rare to genuinely enjoy a visit to a doctor, but that's what happened here. I strongly recommend them.

Dr Cohen is honestly the best doctor we have seen in years!! He took the time to listen to all my husbands issues and even took the time to listen to my issues with his sleeping etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone having sinus, ear or throat problems. He’s fantastic!!

New patient. I was late for the appointment and they still for me in. All the staff were very pleasant. Dr Cohen promised that I would leave feeling better and he did not disappoint. I have been dealing with an extreme sinus infection for 3 months. Urgent care and home remedies could not help me. I can breathe in through my nose. The pain at the bride of my nose is gone. I haven't blown my nose in 6 hours!!! Unbelievable. I am so grateful.

Did not take time to know me. Basically looked in nose and re- scheduled me for a scratch test. Did not ask me questions about how I was feeling. Went in because of a sinus infection, not allergies.
