Overall it was outstanding! 10 out of 10. Very patient and informative. Receptionist called me back like they said they would as well. Same day glasses too even though I was late and it was after hours. Very thankful and was blessed. Keep up the great work!

The Doctor is a good guy. He is concerned and thorough. The questioning and rationale are explained. He is generally conversational and appropriately invested in your health. He is very much a professional optometrist. I’d return for his care.
On another note, there is other issue I’d like to mention.
The glasses selection would not be the reason you go here. The price of the glasses is far more than any place I’ve ever been. There is a small discount be generally you cannot buy a pair of glasses with any of the added functionality needed for regular glasses wearers without spending $700 dollars. Even when you can afford it, it isn’t economical or on par with the cost of glasses right now.

Dr. Rogol's greatest joys are his patients! He offers patience, a good ear and tremendous experience. He has a full-scope optometry history emphasizing on geriatrics, post-operative care, cataract evaluations, and contact lenses. He also performed many ocular disease co-management exams working directly with respected Ophthalmologists in the Atlanta area. When you see Dr. Rogol, you are treated like family!

The wait time was a lot longer than expected. The office staff were courteous and apologetic for the wait time. The delay was primarily related to the doctor. He seemed to struggle with using the computer and droned on about things that did not pertain to my appointment. I just hope he got the prescription correct.

Super unprofessional, they just left me waiting there in the lobby for 45 minutes while telling me that it was just going to be five more minutes. In addition the forms that they ask you to fill out before hand are super invasive, there’s a ton of data they don’t need to collect, not satisfied would not recommend

The staff was great, the doctor was very thorough (improved my vision and put me at ease about some things) and I had fun selecting new glasses. Both the doctor and his staff are fantastic. You won’t regret going here.

Doctor was overly pedantic and condescending throughout the visit. Made me feel very uncomfortable. In my ten years of going to the optometrist, this was the only time I had a bad experience.

I came in for a contact visit and he lectured me about my usage of night and day contacts and medicated drops I had been prescribed years prior. He was incredibly unprofessional and verbally abusive. I had been to this facility multiple times over the years and was spoken to as if I was doing everything wrong. The contacts, "how dare I use those", those drops, "a cop out". Horrible experience, and I will never be back.

Dr. Rogol was great, and I would definitely come back to see him again. He was thorough and explained the answers to my questions very well. However, I had an unpleasant experience checking out. The person checking me out tried to charge me a $70 COVID fee on top of the copay. After I persisted that I never saw any COVID fee that would have applied when I made the appointment, he said that he was mistaken and the fee was charged at another location. I didn’t pay it in the end but it was definitely a very off-putting experience that makes me hesitant to go back.

Dr. Rogol has an interesting personality. He's a sweet man that wants to give his patients the best option. He is very knowledgeable and it's actually fun to get him talking. Foster, the man who helps you order glasses, is a delight. He is extremely patient and honest about his opinions. He makes sure that you are totally happy with your glasses and very easy to talk to. I didn't get the receptionist's name but she was effective and made the process easy. Overall I spent 3 hours here and I didn't even realize it . I'm very excited about my new glasses.

The most comprehensive, thorough, and informative eye exam I have ever received. Dr Rogol actually listens and truly explains what is going on. Very rare these days. The appointment was not rushed and I truly felt I was receiving the best eye exam available.

Really nice doctor! I felt like I was with family. He did tell me that I am over wearing my contacts which some may not like but I respected! He gave me a new type of contact lens solution to keep them cleaner longer! All in all a great doctor.
