I didn’t meet with Dr. John but the woman I did meet with was great. She explained everything very well and was very sweet. My wait time was very short and the process was easy. My ONLY complaint is the fact that they did not call in my prescription, yet asked what my preferred pharmacy was. It was very misleading and was not made clear that it was my responsibility to take it in to get filled. Other than that, it was great. I’ve just never had to do that before and wouldn’t have minded it, had I been told before I left.
