Dr. John Duggan was very professional. He explained the cause of the pinched nerve, and the possible treatment regimen. I was recommended to a pains management specialist, and appointment scheduled. I was very impressed with his candor.

Friendly, professional. Seemed interested in helping in any way he could. Office seemed a little disorganized due possibly to new computer system. I had preregistered through zocdoc but had to fill out forms again.

Office staff friendlhy but the business end seemed a bit disorganized. Had to fill out forms AGAIN as they seemed to know nothing about ZocDoc. My insurance was never submitted and am still getting bills 9 months later. Can't seem to get it resolved. Have called several times and told it will be taken care of but it has not yet. Frustrating!!
