After earning his MD from the University of Virginia, Dr. Foster completed his residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and received advanced training in sports medicine and joint replacement. With 20 years experience, he is well versed in the treatment of the full range of orthopaedic conditions in adults and children including arthroscopic and open surgery of the shoulder and knee as well as of the hand and upper extremity. After attaining the rank of captain, Dr. Foster retired from the Navy having served as a fighter pilot and the Naval Academy Prep School Team Orthopeadist. He has been in private practice in Atlanta since 1994.

what's the point of ZocDoc, exactly? I mean, other than online scheduling? I can make a phone call quicker. I've had to repeat the electronic records stuff over and over - again at this doctor. I don't get it - is your value add strictly online scheduling? Because as I indicated with Dr. Morrow, even that's not guaranteed.

Dr. foster spent more time talking to a friend than me. My fault I lost a scrip for pain meds. he refused to wite me another one an gave me a medication that I can t take due to ulsers I have. I let them know right away about the incident and one person after another lied to me about the incident. My hippa rights were violated. he discuss my case while a rept was there. when he saw me he was more interested in talking to her than me I spent several hours there an became upset and walked out. If your going to him think twice he hardly ever works. you wont walk out happy
