Return visit due to recurring issue. Dr was professional and was on call during weekend and attended concerns after procedure. Office staff were good about callbacks with regards to concerns expressed when healing was slower than expected, but ultimately now am fully healed. :)

Doctor Friel was awesome! He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. The procedure was quick and painless. The nurse was also very friendly.

Scheduled appointment to take care of an issue that re-occured almost a year later to a lesser degree. Waited for about 15 minutes. Examination w/ Dr. Friel was very quick, followed by a short procedure to obtain relief. After-care was discussed afterwards and questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Scheduled a follow up with Dr. Friel in regards to a previous visit on how previous concern was healing and was assured no further treatment was necessary after an examination. Appointment wait time was under 15 minutes from scheduled time, and now my mind is at ease. :)
