Dr. John is that rare combination of exceptional skill, adaptive approach in treatment while keen on listening and empathy with the patient. As a burn survivor experienced with many surgeries at a teaching university, Dr. John stands out in my journey of care. And importantly, Dr. John not only operated on my hand, but as well on my wife's "skier's thumb" so successfully - I guess you could say - he is responsible for my wife and I holding hands once again.
