Dr. Grimaldi has been devoted to a busy general urology practice. His current practice is located in Chula Vista, California, where he has further developed his interests and capabilities to meet the needs of an underserved population in the treatment of men’s pelvic health issues. In order to provide the best care to his patients, Dr. Grimaldi has passionately pursued educational activities that provide him with the most advanced knowledge in these topics. Most recently, he has completed specialized training to learn the newest techniques in men’s urinary incontinence and minimally invasive surgery for impotence. Dr. Grimaldi is a frequent training instructor for other surgeons wanting to learn the latest "state of the art" techniques in penile implant surgery. Dr. Grimaldi is currently researching the role of anticoagulation medication in minimally invasive surgery for impotence. Dr. Grimaldi values the opportunity to share his knowledge with the public. He provides various free educational seminars on topics including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, hypogonadism, urinary incontinence, and erectile dysfunction.
