The appointment itself was fine. The doctor was helpful and personable. I just wish I'd known what my charges would be. I thought I'd paid for everything up front, but then they wanted the same amount again for "form fees" when the form was the entire appointment. It felt a little like a surprise hostage situation.

I was seen quickly by a family practice physician who seemed to listen well, and offered a clear strategy he put in place immediately with a pharmacy, and suggested I follow up if the issues are not resolved within the week.
Only disappointment was that this was an audio appointment, without any video.

I was treated for a urinary tract infection, but after completing the prescribed antibiotics my symptoms persisted. When I followed up for a stronger medication, I was told it would be prescribed, but instead I received an invoice for another visit, even though this was the same unresolved issue.
