The doctor was great, he listened to all of my concerns and was very helpful with my questions. The office admins/nurse practitioners are a bit unclear with directions and uncoordinated so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a video visit (I almost ended up not being able to do the video visit because they didn’t clarify that I needed to pay before going on the video call... They also sent my prescription to the WRONG pharmacy even after I offered to give the specific phone number of my pharmacy to them during my video visit... oh well. I won’t be returning to this office due to the office admins/nurse practitioners, unfortunately.

The only hiccup was the actual location of the office (a bit confusing to find in the hospital complex), but other than that i had a great experience and left feeling really hopeful, and with helpful recommendations and an action plan for my issues.

The took my money for an appointment and never actually sent over the prescription. Despite being told it would be sent over, when I got to the pharmacy nothing was sent. When I called his office, I was basically hit with a “nothing we can do” The lack of urgency from this office is stunning. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional. I would also like my money back for such a useless appointment.

Dr. Hassani is wonderful and I had a really positive experience in our virtual appointment. He was very attentive and understanding. I came into the appointment with a lot of information as I hoped to utilize my dermatological manifestations to help me understand larger systemic issues that I have been having. I really appreciate his support and I will definitely be coming back. His staff is also really nice and helpful!
