Dr John Hensler is the best doctor I have ever had. He really cares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. I have been going to him for 3 years and he has been nothing but amazing. He takes his time and really gets to know you. He is not just trying to get you in and out like previous doctor's I have visited. I highly recommend him to all friends and family.

I am a female in my mid 50's with a complex medical history that includes several major spine surgeries as well as Crohn's disease. I am new to Phoenix and was concerned about finding a family physician that I could see for annual physicals, pain management, and any other health problems that might arise. Prior to retiring early and relocating to Phoenix I lived in one place and saw the same general practitioner for over 30 years. Due to my other health problems and surgeries Ive undergone...I have a long list of medical professionals and surgeons that have treated me. I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr Hensler is by far the best! I feel very fortunate to be one of his patients! I should add that his nurse also deserves an A+! She is always helpful, cheerful and professional! She has a special skill when it comes to giving injections without causing any pain!

Dr Hensler and Nicki are wonderful. They are a great team and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The office is very warm and inviting. There are many windows and exquisite art work that will bring down even the highest blood pressure.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Hensler. he took the time to ask and respond to my questions and concerns. Dr. Hensler was willing to include my concerns and beliefs into our plans for my medical needs.
I feel comfortable with this Doctor and hope to develope a relationship where he can guide me though the busy work of choosing specilists and tests.

After 35 years with the same family physician in WA...I was more than a little nervous about seeing a new doctor. However....within a short time....I was relaxed and actually enjoyed getting to know Dr. Hensler. I moved to AZ from IL in July. I've been struggling to find an experienced doctor who i feel comfortable with. I'm so happy i finally found him. Dr. Hensler is amazing. He was so thorough and took his time getting to know me and addressing all my questions and concerns. Such a relief knowing i now have a doctor i can trust and who understands me and my medical needs. The nurse and receptionist were also incredibly friendly and made the whole experience an enjoyable one.
