Dr. John Hess is board certified physician in the Specialty of Family Medicine and has been in practice in the Reno area since 1998. He is a native Nevadan having grown up in Carson City and graduated from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 1995. He did his residency training in Redding, California through the University of California, Davis.
In 2009, Dr. Hess was awarded Family Physician of the year for the State of Nevada by the Nevada Academy of Family Physicians. More recently he has been honored to serve on the City of Reno’s COVID task force during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
