wait time was longer than expected due to another clinician on vacation, but front office staff clearly communicated this upon arrival

This was my first consultation with Dr. Losee . I was greeting by a receptionist immediately on arrival and they had the paperwork I needed to complete ready for me. There was only a short wait after completing my forms before I was called. Dr. Losee has a really good bedside manner, making easy small talk so you relax and feel comfortable before discussing the reason for your visit. Quick, efficient (but no rushed) consult with practical and helpful advice and prescribed actions. Very happy and will use again.

3:15 appointment. Didnt see the doctor until 4:22.
Great visit, gave me hope for a much improved life
Doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. Ask and answered questions directly. Arrived early to fill out paper work. Then waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to speak with the doctor. Asked the nurse around minute 50 (woman who saw me to the examination room) is this the normal wait time and when I should expect to see the doctor. She said, "yes sometimes longer in a very snarky tone". Longer than an hour, wow. Normally I would have just left due to the snarky tone. Although in this case I had already paid for all day parking and waited 50 minutes.

Easy to make an appointment. I am very happy with the doctor's warm front desk staff and by the quality of the medical advice I received from the doctor. The doctor was very easy to talk to. It was also very easy to make a follow-up appointment.

This was my first visit with this provider but my first impression was excellent. He had been recommended by my primary physician who is himself very reliable, and would not recommend another doctor if he were not confident of his competence.

Absolutely amazing provider and staff.

The Bad: Waited for 1 hr 20 mins to see the doctor. I had a 8:30am appointment and showed up at 8:20am; I wasn't seen until 9:40am. It wasn't until I asked the staff if the doctor was going to see me (1 hour into my wait) that they called the doctor to see where he was. They said he was running late and was on his way up. According to the nurse, they don't usually have appointments at 8:30am...well why didn't you call me yesterday and tell me to reschedule so I wasn't wasting my time!?! She also asked if I booked through Zocdoc, which apparently she never looks at (paraphrasing her words). The Good: Staff was very friendly and apologetic about the wait. The doctor was really nice and answered all my questions and I would recommend him to others. Recommendation: Call the office to confirm your appointment if you book through Zocdoc so they know you are coming.
Great doctor! Took the time to explain things and really felt personal connection with the MD about my concerns! Would 100% recommend
Great conversation/ personalities in office

Dr. Losee is very professional and knowledgeable. He gives you the time you need to ask your questions and works with you on resolving them. Gives great advice too!
Dr. Losee was good, but I was forced to wait in the waiting room and patient room (with other patients during COVID) for 2 hours before I was seen, despite having an appointment. When I was finally seen, all I was met with was a “thank you for your patience,” as if nothing was wrong.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Losee. He payed close attention to my medical history and reason for visiting and then soon after started drawing out diagrams and explanations for what the possible issues might be, in a fun and easy to follow way. As a scientist, that was very exciting to me to know the why behind the what. I really appreciated Dr. Losee’s style and will definitely stick with him as my urologist.
My mother was a new patient and Dr. Losee was knowledgeable, compassionate with a great bedside manner. He listened carefully to our issues and came up with some possible quick fixes. We were extremely happy with our meeting with Dr. Losee.
Very straightforward and clear concise language.

Although my first visit ever, Dr. L is straight forward and explains things in detail so you understand what’s going on with you. I felt a lot better after leaving. You might wait a little extra but who cares, he’s a quality doc.
Deeply appreciated his thoughtful, rational approach to diagnosis — not at all dismissive or alarmist — and his rational explanation of the tests we need to do. Made me feel very comfortable.
