The nature of my visit was straightforward, so I wasn't necessarily expecting or in need of a particularly long visit with the doctor, but it was a brief interaction.

Dr. Lynch is absolutely AMAZING -- clearly a competent professional and yet a guy so comfortable in his own skin that there is not an iota of "pompous" about him....he also happens to be chair of the urology department at Georgetown University Hospital...he is a gem.
That said, the WITCH (and I never did spell very well) that handled our admission to the practice was so lazy or stupid or both regarding a small glitch in my husband's Medicare coverage that we went through a half hour of misery including OUR having to get social security on OUR phone to tell HER that she was incorrect about the coverage.....the rest of the professional staff was wonderful!

I really liked Dr. Lynch. He took the time to explain to me his recommendations for my treatment and what it all entailed. However, I spent most of my time with another doctor, maybe a PA, who I felt was not listening to my input and who seemed to have little regard for the pain caused by my symptoms.

I was not able to interact fully since he could not give me the consultation that I wanted, but he came into the room and introduced himself and then explained why he could not. Though it was very short, it was professional. I really appreciated that he came over to explain why he was transferring me to another doctor rather than brushing me off without a word.
