one of the easiest doc visit for years. doc listened, not a single judgement or rock throwong even i am not a saint and never likely become one. got everything taken care of in a single visit

I made and appointment with zocdoc, but received a voicemail that the office was very busy and the wait would be over an hour and be treated as a walk-in. So, i went early in the hopes the wait would be less, but the woman at the desk did not understand why i received the call and that i had the appointment as scheduled.
I joined this practice for Dr. MURPHY who informed me he will be leaving, and with the wait time and other issues i have had with the practice i will be looking for a new dr.

He is very efficient. My total time there was less than forty minutes.

Despite having an appointment I had to wait 55 minutes before I saw the dr and then he gave me the most cursory exam I have ever had. I have a cough and I’m not sure the stethoscope even touched my body to listen to my lungs it was so brief. Very disappointed experience all around and I will not be returning to this practice.

Dr. Murphy was very pleasant. Although I had many issue I needed to discuss, I was unaware that my appointment was considered a walk-in. This is because all of my info that I submitted through this website was not made available to the the doctors office when I arrived. That meant I had to to be seen as a walk-in patient which was very disappointing considering I spent over forty minutes on this site detailing exactly why I needed to be seen. When I expressed to Dr. Murphy, that I was not a walk-in, that I had scheduled an appointment in advance, he apologized and took some extra time with me to discuss concerns.
