Dr Meyer is what I have been looking for in a Dr. In most cases, Drs just run the list, seeing patients in and out. Dr Meyer took great interest into my issue, was very thorough in his examination, and spent TIME going through everything making sure I knew exactly what the problem was. He then spent TIME working with me to devise the best plan of action to help cure me of my ailment. He didn't just Rx me out the door. We need more Dr's like Dr Meyer, who actually care about their practice and their patients. Glad I was referred to him!

Dr. Myers is an accomplished physician, athlete, and healthcare executive who has dedicated his career to improving the health and lives of others. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Texas Tech University and holds a Master's in Healthcare Business Administration from the University of Texas, Dallas.
Dr. Myers is a board-certified Emergency Physician and Sports Medicine specialist. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics, as well as a Physician Member of the American College of Sports Medicine. He began caring for patients at the age of 17 when he first started working in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Since then, his medical career has focused on providing state-of-the-art care for patients with all extremes of illness and injury in some of the busiest Emergency Departments in the US. He currently practices as a Visiting Team Medical Liaison for the Dallas Cowboys.
Dr. Myers has been honored by D Healthcare as one of the Best Physicians in Dallas and as a Top Doc in America. He was elected President of the Texas College of Emergency Physicians, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and is a frequent lecturer on many aspects of medicine.
A lifelong athlete, Dr. Myers began swimming competitively as a child, achieving Texas UIL All-State honors in high school and continuing through college. After college, he took up competitive running and has completed 25 marathons, including Boston and New York. In 2007, he turned to triathlons and has since completed hundreds, including two Ironman finishes. He has earned All-American Honors from USA Triathlon multiple years, been named an All-World Ironman athlete, and represented Team USA at the World Triathlon Championships in London in 2013.

Dr Myers was incredibly helpful and transparent, gave me tons of useful info and felt very knowledgeable on my symptoms
I rated 3 on bedside manners as this was a video call.
The biggest disappointment was with institutional issues unfortunately. I had an over 2 hour wait because of unforeseen circumstances, which is understandable but the main issue for me was that both times I was promised to get a call back and that never happened. I was in a ton of pain as well as anxiety that I wanted to shake off quickly and lack of communication was a big disappointment for my case

The Dr listened asked a lot of questions and took more notes. He explained what he thought it was then checked with me to see if we were on the same page. I was given exercises and stretches along with print outs of what is bothering me. Best part of seeing him though is I can do my physical therapy, get sports nutrition advice, and see my doctor all in one place. Best of everything.
