After seeing another doctor for a physical years back who barely looked at me after 30 minutes, Dr Pack was great - obviously knew his business and was very good at explaining what was going on, etc. Highly recommended!

I thought he was very nice and thorough. He is not hung up on all the "new age medical" philosophies coming out of the large medical clinics where you are treated like a customer instead of a patient. He listens and helps.

Dr. Pack and his assistant run the office with quiet reassurance. His assistant is warm and friendly and I appreciate Dr. Pack's dry sense of humor. I think they both know their business and have the best interest of the patient in mind. No frills, just good medical care.

Dr. Pack was a great physician. He listened to me and offered a thorough exam. The only issue I have with the office is that my calls are never returned. I have to place a follow up call for my original call if I leave a voicemail. This is really frustrating when I'm calling about a prescription refill, especially because I have no way of knowing if my refill is ready and when I call to check, the receptionist says, "Yes it has been ready and is in your chart." Meanwhile, she doesn't tell me that their hours and that they close early certain days so I drive over to pick it up and they are closed. This has happened every month that I call to get a refill of my prescription. I work in the medical field, and I understand it gets busy, but there's no reason this should happen every time you leave a message.
