Great doctor, but not the staff, waited 1 1/2 hr after my appointment time then patients who had appointments after me where called in before me

I was seen by this doctor and had a few concerns
First and most important to me and Highly unusual this Dr. did not have a Nurse/ assistant present while he did his examination... very disconcerting, especially since this was Gyn visit.
Next and very frustrating getting test results from this office was very difficult. No one answers the phone and when you do luck out and someone picks up you are placed on hold before you finish saying hello. I actually had to call zocdoc customer care to solicit help getting through to the office....only to have my results read to me by someone who identified herself as 'Cathy...the receptionist'. Evidently patient privacy is definitely not a primary concern in this office. Upon expressing my displeasure at his obvious violation of HIPAA Privacy rule I was told by Cathy "the doctor has a lot of patients and is not able to talk to everyone. Finally, I ve given up on ever getting a call back in regards to my health Insurance card which was never returned to me by the office. I ve only been waiting since 12/15/16.

I have known Dr. Prue for what seems like forever. He delivered my younger brother (who is not almost 22). It may be weird to say this, but Dr. Prue is by far my favorite doctor and the most enjoyable to visit. The office is friendly, I do not wait long, and I am always ina good mood because Dr. Prue is friendly, professional, and truly caring. I wouls recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Prue is a professional in every sense of the word. He listens and he patiently explains things clearly. He has an old-school doctor sense of chivalry. He treated me like I was a human in the room instead of data on a computer screen.
