Verified Patient Reviews
Very professional. Explained X-rays and options. I would recommend him as he is knowledgeable and not an alarmist.
Dr Schilero diagnosed the problem quickly and treated it. My foot now feels much better.
This Practice is extremely organizedand efficient. Minimal wait time. Everyone is kind. The only thing I think they might want to look into is....when you're in pain, and the door to the gym is open, it's kind of annoying to hear the trainer yelling instrucuctions to the people in the class! A few people around me were commenting on it too. Other that that, this is an awesome practice, with outstanding doctors, and staff!
I was very pleased with Dr. Schilero.
Excellent, very good doctor
The front office staff and nurses are very friendly and nice.
I think that Dr Schilero did a great job. I went there and didn't expect to need a procedure but I told him my fear of pain and he assured me that he wouldn't hurt me and he didn't. The procedure was completed without any discomfort and he was done before I even realized that he started. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
I was surprised that I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would have to wait. Staff was courteous and prompt even though it as a busy Monday morning. Dr. Schilero as kind, patient, professional, assessed the issue right away. I appreciate that he provided a conservative approach rather than a recommendation to have surgery.
Wait time was too long
Very professional office both staff and Dr.
You need to coordinate appt. times better. Per you, my appt. was 10:05am. When I arrived they told me the appt. was 10:50am. I was finally seen at 11:35am. Why?
Dr Schilero was a good listener, left no stone unturned and provided me with superior medical care!
I was very satisfied with the doctor and his knowledgeable staff!
Very professional takes time to answer all question, and give suggestions for your progress
Professional and friendly
Professional, pleasant, clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Not in a rush to "overtreat." Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Schilero is and excellent doctor, both my kids have been treated by him with great results.
Friendly, professional, inoformative staff and doctor
Great. Got the answer I needed and was very impressed with the office and the technology used to diagnose foot problems.
I really enjoyed my visit. The office staff members were all professional and courteous. Dr. Schillero explained everything clearly and was kind and easy to talk to and answered any questions.
Very pleasant environment. Every was so nice!
He is so caring, listens to what you say, fully involves you on your treatment plan. Wonderful doctor!?
I am so happy to have found Dr. Schilero. He has helped me with the pain in both my feet. Thank you so much..
I was very impressed with the office staff, I was taken right away, the care could fhave been
The wait time at any office of PBOI is always quite long; I would like to believe that it is because the doctors are spending quality time with the patients and not rushing through each appointment. I have always been satisfied with my care at each appointment.
He knows what he is talking about.
He is now my favorite doctor ever!
Excellent, explained everything and I have a follow-up visit next week after he receives my reports from previous MRI and CT
He was very friendly...I would definitely refer people to him
Excellent. Very professional.
on time, explained upcoming surgery, answered all my questions
PLEASANT MANNER AND OBVIOUSLY QUITE CAPABLE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WAY I WAS HANDLED AS A PATIENT.
He listened. Treated my problem immediately. I was very pleased.
Very good. Quick, and very perceptive. A good visit
He's a wonderful Doctor & his staff too. I'll recommend him to everybody I know. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable.
Waited 1.5 hours and then felt rushed. Office is very chaotic and the computerized charge card system was down today. The doctor did not spend enough time; unable to get all of our questions answered.
Office staff is very pleasant and efficient.
I was very pleased. He knew what i wanted. Very professional and at the same time make me feel at ease.
I arrived approximately 45 minutes early to my apt. To my surprise I was taken back to the exam room 30 minutes before my scheduled apt. Usually, at other doctor's offices, you have to wait well past your apt time before you are seen. I was taken to have an x-ray almost immediately. Dr. Schilero came in to see me as soon as my x-ray was completed. I was expecting him to tell me I needed surgery for my hammertoe. He told me that given my other health issues, it would be very high risk to operate on me and at this time I did not need surgery and might in fact never need surgery. What a surprise! He told me to come back if I had more problems but otherwise I didn't need to return for one year. I had been very anxious about my foot and I feel so much better knowing that I might never need surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Schilero. He operated on my left foot 10 years ago and I was so happy with his care that I returned to see him. Oh, I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes and that time included filling out all the paperwork and having an x-ray. Pretty darn awesome!
I found him kind and gental. I liked him. He said he could help me. Finally someone is gong to help my poor foot. Thank you.
Yes, he put me at ease right away
I liked Dr. Schilero very much. Happy that he's not surgery happy :-) Appreciated his gentle manner.
He and his x-ray tech were nice!
Very professional staff and physician. I was very happy with my appointment and will definitely go back.
very successful I'm very pleased
He quickly diagnosed my ankle fracture which the ER missed a week earlier.
Great doctor and a wonderful and caring person.
He was terrific. Correct diagnosis and fixed problem immediately.
I enjoyed Dr.Schilero who was the third professional I have consulted for the same foot issue. He listened, took Xrays and immediately suggested the diagnosis. I am referred for a c scan and probably off to minor foot surgery but this has been an issue for 1 year and I love an immediate plan of action. He seemed concerned, and reassuring for a painfree resolution.
Very promising so far for getting my leg/ankle problem attended to after (2) whole years of painful mobility & loss of better quality of life. I'm hopeful that I will be able to be properly treated under his care.
My visit was very pleasant. He took care of me right away. I need surgery on my toe and his assistant Rachel scheduled the surgery right then and there.......
He quickly made the correct diagnosis and provided nonsurgical treatment that cured the problem.
My visit was great. Dr. Schilero gave me relief to my ankle. We discussed surgery in the future. I have full confidence in him when the time comes for that.
Very professional, as always.
Very efficient office! Waited less than 10 minutes to see the doctor! Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Dr. Schilero has a great bedside manor and is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
Very professional. Bedside manner needs improving. Felt he was a little patronizing.
It was an informative visit and I was able to address some concerns.
GREAT STAFF AND A WONDERFUL DOCTOR.
Very Proffesional and extrememly organized office.
excellent doctor - very efficient - great staff
It was a good visit that included xray and a good look at my ankle and mobility. But, I did not get a great feel for what I could and could not do with my problem.
It was great. Everyone is so friendly. The Dr is great!!
I've been his patient for many years & have always been satisfied.
He is a nice guy. Good doctor!
He was very caring and very helpful in explaining my ankle problem.
As others have noted, he was very informative, and did not rush. His assistant was very helpful and attentive as well.
His staff called first thing in the AM to confirm the appointment, which I had made via the Zocdoc app. The wait time was maybe 15 minutes. All the staff were friendly and sweet. Dr Schilero was open, friendly and seemed to know exactly how to determine my cause of pain and solve it. I will definitely use him again and recommend him.
Very pleasant experience with good adivce.
Very good appointment. Gave me a lot of info about my condition and step by step of what procedures he was going to do.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the Dr and his medical staff. The medical technology available in the office was above what I have seen on other DPM's offices. This group is clearly competent and provides options chit treatment.
The visit was great. However, upon arrival, they told me the appointemnt was for this past Tuesday. Your email and the reminder email all said Thursday the 11th. There must have been some problem you should look into. Thanks
Great Doctor and very professional.
A pleasant experience which provided real world answers to my health issue. The visit met my expectations. My only constructive comment is to edit the patient information sheets to remove some information that is irrelevant and repeated on multiple pages.
I was impressed with Dr Schilero. He took the time to explain things and answer my questions. He did not push me towards surgical measures, but urged me to get a second opinion or do my own research.
Dr.Schilero is a very practical and customer focus. His input was very helpful for the treatment Ineeded.
I very much liked Dr Schilero - very prompt service from staff - I needed xrays - this was done within 5 minutes after Dr. Schilero ordered them. Total visit exceeded my expectations
Dr Schilero was professional and friendly during my appointment.
How can you not love this doctor...he has compassion for his patience and knows what he is doing. Highly Highly recommend him.
Excellent, very thorough!
He was clear, factual and understanding.
I would not go as far as breaking my leg Again to see him, however I consider Dr. Schilero to be one of the most competent and professional health care providers who have taken care of me. Very highly recommend him
He is very straight forward. Concerned as well about how you feel about suggested theraphy. Explained and answered all my questions.
Very professional. I went for a second opinion for a foot problem. Diagnosis was the same as another physician, however, the treatment was not as invasive and Dr. Schilero thought it would be at least five years before additional, more invasive treatment may be necessary.
