Dr. Thomas offers a comprehensive range of otolaryngology services including, but not limited to, ear infections, vertigo, sinus problems, snoring, and sleep problems.

Doctor gave me one of the dirtiest looks I have ever seen and said “if you are here for sleep problems, then why are you here” then when I told him about my sinus infections again I got the death stare and he said “that is highly unlikely”. So basically he told me I wasted money by going to see him and I’m a lier about my own body... hmmm.. fail! For both Zocdoc and doctor!

I arrived 15 mins early to fill out paperwork and was taken in right on my appt time. He seemed to be knowledgeable on my symptoms and diagnosed me and wrote my prescriptions within 30 mins. He discussed what he saw and how it’s common with my symptoms. He then set me up with a follow up appt to ensure I was getting better. Pretty simple, informative visit.

Doctor spent less than 5 minutes and stepped out without even saying good bye.
I understand age is not fun but hey if you feel like you too old for professional work - simply retire and let young do the job.
My personal opinion if you look for simple opinion or prescription without procedure to be involved you can see this doc if you need deeper manipulation go see young doc whose hands do not shake.
No offence but we all age!

I was happy with Dr. Thomas's efficiency. He explained what he was doing to resolve my issue, how it would feel and checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I will definitely return if I have any ear, nose or throat issues in the future.

Every 6 months or so, I deal with hearing loss caused by ear canal blockage due to excessive ear wax buildup. Dr. Thomas is always efficient, cordial and is able to use his medial equipment to resolve the problem. For people that deal with this issue, I'd definitely recommend him. The improvement in hearing is noticeable right away!

I appreciated that Dr. Thomas was able to diagnose my condition and offer treatment options with confidence. The front office staff was very nice and the wait was minimal. My only two less-than-perfect notes are: (1) There were no armless chairs in the waiting room, so fat patients are going to have to stand or be very uncomfortable and (2) Dr. Thomas was very knowledgeable and nice - but he didn't really make eye contact, which my partner noticed. It didn't bother me, but it may bother some people.

Very old school, but definitely knew what he was doing and did it quickly. If you need a gentle bedside manner, this is not the doctor for you.
Works very quickly.
Office staff is particularly friendly and helpful; definitely willing to spend the time the doctor does not. Will answer any lingering questions you may have. Also seems quite knowledgeable about insurance, medication, & online appointments (ZocDoc).

This was my first time for my condition and at this office. Dr. Thomas was very easy, clear and nice. He diagnosed my problem, gave me a prescription, set a followup appointment and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. The desk adminitrative assistant was warm, friendly and professional.

Office is in a crowded area but they have a free parking lot. I made my appointment on ZocDoc on a Sunday night and then showed up the next morning and they were expecting me. Dr. Thomas saw me as soon as I finished the paperwork and the treatment he prescribed fixed my ear problem pretty quick.

I perforated my ear drum after an accident. He diagnosed me quit quickly which was good but he didn't explain very much to me my situation and what it involves, it seemed like he was in a hurry to let me go. His wife at the reception is the nicest, most helpful lady ever (actually she's the one that had to help me with my prescription..)
