Considering the uncomfortable nature of my problem I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and patient the whole staff was with me. The exam and procedure itself was as comfortable and quick as it could have been and Dr Flannery did a great job at explaining the procedure and how to move forward. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Flannery is a very patient listener, and doesn't make you feel embarrassed for asking questions relating to your problem. He's gentle while doing procedures, and speaks to you as he's performing them to keep you at ease. Overall, I was very pleased with each visit, and highly recommend Dr. Flannery.

Dr. Flannery is a pleasant man, easy to speak to. He listens to you, and then offers his opinion and recommendations. He's very gentle, and lets you know beforehand what he is going to do. I'm very happy I found this doctor. It's well worth the 45 minute trip I take to see him.

My experience was terrific. I was seen immediately. Rachel, the nurse, was very nice and professional. Dr. Flannery answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to. He was able to do the exam and first procedure at the time of my visit. It was very painless.

Dr. Flanney performed a fistulotomy for anal fistula. Very pleased with the results and recovery. He told me he's done 'thousands' of these procedures and I'm glad I went to an experienced surgeon for this!
