We just love Dr. Young , the kids love going to him and they don't throw a fit when we tell them that is where we are going . They are always happy to go see him. The wait time is not long at all and Dr. Young always takes his time with his patients and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. All together this is a awesome place with awesome people working there.

Dr. John Young is a board certified pediatrician serving southwest Fort Worth since 1988. His smaller practice size facilitates the relationships he likes to build with his patients and allows extra time during visits when needed. Although most of his time is spent in solo practice, Dr. Young is on staff at Cook Children's and Harris Methodist Southwest hospitals where he has served on medical boards and numerous committees over the years. Born in Texas, Dr. Young graduated from Southwestern University followed by medical school at the University of Texas San Antonio. He finished pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. While he loves pediatrics, Dr. Young is first and foremost a dedicated husband and father. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three wonderful children, are active in their church, and enjoy attending as many of their children's activities as possible.

Very friendly staff and nurse. It was my son's first appt with Dr. Young and he made him feel very comfortable and welcomed. He even made a few jokes to lighten the mood. Loved the nurse as well! I will be transferring my infant to his care shortly.

Dr. Young was kind and gentle with my son regarding his injury. He helped calm me about the situation. He was descriptive in instruction on how to follow his prescribed treatment at home. We were in and out of his office in less than an hour. He called in the prescription so it was ready for pick up immediately.

Dr. young and his staff are amazing! Both of my daughters have been his patients. My youngest is a teenager and my oldest is now married! He has taken excellent care of both them. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and I appreciate that. He is always very cordial and friendly.

Very friendly staff. We didn't even get settled into the waiting room and we were called back for our appointment! You can also book your appointment and submit all documentation online - which is very helpful when trying to keep track of a toddler.

Dr. Young has treated our son since birth. He is extremely thorough and takes time to explain everything. The staff treats patient care as a patnership and involves parents in deciding the appropriate care plan. The office is clean and organized. We are very happy with the care.

Dr. John Young has always been our favorite pediatrician. He is always so good with the kids of all ages and actually cares about each one. I recommend him to every one. He was my doctor and will always be my childrens.
