Dr. Renee Ridley is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has enjoyed a 31-year nursing career with employment as an L&D nurse, Primary Care FNP, OBGYN Nurse Practitioner, and Associate Professor of Nursing. She graduated with BSN and MSN (FNP) degrees from Murray State University in 1985 and 1996 respectively, and a PhD in Nursing at Saint Louis University in 2008. Dr. Ridley most recently obtained her medical doctorate (MD) at Texas A&M University in 2019. She then went on to receive OBGYN residency training at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
Dr. Ridley considers her biggest accomplishments to be wife, mother to two productive adult children, and grandmother to the most precious grandson and granddaughter. She enjoys singing, playing piano, traveling with her husband and dachshunds to see family, and designing baby quilts.
