The doctors office did not know about my appointment but squeezed me in. They were a bit upset that zocdoc confirmed my appointment by email. They said it was just a request and they were supposed to be notified and then they would call to confirm. Won’t be using zocdoc again.

The lobby was packed – there were nearly more people than seats! I finished my new patient paperwork I pulled up my email and before I could finish the first task I was called back to the office. I waited in the office for about five minutes before the doctor came and saw me. He answered all of my questions with patience and did NOT push a protocol that I did not want (injections) unlike other doctors I have seen. I recommend this practice - the nurses and office staff are friendly and welcoming, too!

He saw me for a mole on my hand that has appeared recently & gotten darker in color. He's a great conversationalist while I was getting the numbing medicine for him to scoop out part of it for biopsy. And he was also awesome at making me feel like I was being listened to, because he did take a sample for testing just in case, and also assured me that most likely the mole was just a deeper one.

ZocDoc was a fabulous tool for this visit. The phone circuits were down when I tried to call for an appointment. ZocDoc had just the times I needed! I got in first thing the next morning! Dr. Schreiber and his staff were so efficient and thorough! I was in the exam room before I even got to open a magazine! He addressed my concerns and followed up on issues from my last visit! When it was time for my prescriptions, he had them sent electronically to my pharmacy. I got a call saying the Rx was ready even before I got home! If only every business/doctor could be this helpful and service oriented!!
