Saw Dr. Vapnek for PTNS treatments. He is patient friendly, professional and caring. Timely and even early for my appointments. Courteous and helpful staff. The course of these treatments is once each week for 12 weeks but before the first treatment he was careful to inform me that if I was not experiencing improvement after 6 weeks or so, there would be no need to continue. His manner is not aggressive.
