I LOVE Dr. Mitchell. I found her on ZocDoc 4 years ago and have never looked back! Since going to her, I have used her as my primary OB and have had 2 babies with her practice. She has an incredible bedside manner and she and her staff make me feel incredibly comfortable. I have since had 2 babies with her practice and loved every minute of the experience with her. And honestly was a little sad when I had to stop going in for my check ups. Who can say they were sad to stop seeing their OB so frequently?! Truly a testament to Dr. Mitchell and her staff. When we moved from Frisco to Sherman I still stayed with her and the practice. Totally worth it.
I cannot say enough great things about her or her staff. LOVE LOVE LOVE them all - I refer her to all of my friends.

She is so sweet! I talked candidly to her about some fertility things and she was very nice and talked me through several questions I had. The exam was quick and uneventful. She made me feel comfortable. I had forgotten her name so I am so glad that ZocDoc kept track! Lifesaver, for sure.

I really liked the doctor, she was really nice. Her staff, on the other hand, I really didn't like. I thought that they were extremely rude to me AND each other. Not to mention they had TERRIBLE bedside manner. I would suggest they get rid of the staff and hire new people. Their attitudes were totally uncalled for. Not every woman has a happy, easy pregnancy and these women seem very insensitive towards the patients. To be honest, the doctor is wonderful, but I'm not sure I'd come back due to her rude staff.

I was very nervous about my first appointment at a new office. Dr. Mitchell and her staff made me feel very welcome and very comfortable. Dr.Mitchell came into the waiting room and got me to take me back to her office. I was very impressed by that, most places send the MA to get the patient. She sat with me, went through my chart, and answered all of my questions before sending me to an exam room. Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful doctor. She made my nerves go away and my appointment quick and easy. I would definitely recommend her to other women.

We had awful experience with this doctor, she was not professional at all and she did not treat me well. She did not suggested supplement medicines after my surgery and I have been suffering since then about 2 years.

I moved to McKinney 5 years ago & had been going back home for my doctors visits. I read Dr. Mitchell's reviews & decided to give her a try. She was so great. I am 50 and dealing with menapause issues & questions. Dr. Mitchell was wonderful & her staff was so great too! After 5 years of living here I finally found a great doctor. No more 6 hour drive to see a doctor. Thanks Dr. Mitchell & staff.

She took the time to sit down and talk about my history before the exam. She was very professional and thorough. The ambiance of the waiting area made me feel comfortable. When the doctor came to get me from the waiting room, I was impressed because usually an assistant would do that in other offices. She took a personal approach by getting her patients herself, which was notable and stuck out in my mind. Then, she brought me to her private office for a quick interview before the invasive stuff, which also impressed me: very individualized and focused care. She was knowledgeable about basic insurance coverages regarding general wellness, which I didn't expect, but greatly appreciated. Most doctors or staff would tell you to contact your insurance since it's ultimately the patient's responsibility anyway, but not Dr. Mitchell; she answered my questions. The medical assistant, Daphne, was very warm and professional.

Dr Jordan was young, congenial, & professional. She gave me names for 2 MDs that I can see for other medical needs. I had already scheduled a mammogram, and it happened to be a center she refers to her patients. She completed a form for me to give the center, which would ensure she gets my results. All the staff was friendly & kind. I'm sure I'm much older than her average patient, but I would recommend her to women of all ages.
