Additionally, he has a master’s degree in Biomedical and Health Informatics from the University of Washington, a master’s in Tropical Biomedical Science from Prince Leopold Institute of Tropical Medicine, Belgium, and an MD in Internal Medicine from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Peru.
