I spent around 45 minutes to see the doctor and the staff's customer service needs to be improved, however, the doctor attention was good.

Very professional and down to earth doctor and staff. I was very comfortable for my first visit and look forward to keeping this as my main doctor in the future in Miami. I waited a little for my appointment but I guess that's normal for most doctor's offices. I really like the doctor himself who is fully bilingual, comforting, m charming, and most importantly LISTENS (unlike many others I've had in the past who were too busy to fully hear you out). I don't love the protocol for having to come back in to get my blood work results per se because in my case I have to take off an entire day of work to get out there and do that. However, I realize it's not the fault of the office that I live and work so far away and still choose them to make my appointments with because of their professionalism and availability, as well as taking and figuring out all of my insurance before I get there. All around very pleased.

So far, it was awesome! I have another appointment. The wait wasn't long at all I think it took 15/20 minutes which is awesome. I loved how doctor Loredo listened to me as I told him my concerns and what's been going on for the last few years with my health. He listened, ask questions-- it was awesome. I went in for my annual physical but my health hasn't been up to par. The doctor immediately called for bloodwork (they have a phlebotomist on staff) I can't tell you how great that is. I loved how this doctors office gave me the option of either getting my blood work done there which is awesome! Or getting it drawn at quest diagnostic which would be free. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Really liked my experience with Dr. Loredo quite a lot. The office itself felt like it was straight from Latin America (I guess it's time I adjust to that fact of life in Miami) and rather low, budget, but by the time I left, none of that bothered me. Dr. Loredo was incredibly professional, warm and struck me as a very competent and caring physician. He was down to earth, helpful, and attentive to my illness. If you're looking for a general practitioner in Miami and you've come upon Dr. Loredo, look no further. Give him a visit.
