Excelente doctor, mi hija tiene una condicion que no muchos conocen y el Dr Luaces no solo la conocia pero tiene experiencia con ella. Se nota que esta al dia con la medicina moderna y al igual es muy practico. Gracias Dr Luaces por darme seguridad con el cuidado de mi hija, lo mas importante en mi vida. He was THE BEST !!!! Funny and incredibly comforting. Sets a great environment for the kids. The visit was pretty fast and he seems very knowledgable. I will definitely keep my kids there, and recommend him and the entire establishment. Thanks for everything !!!!

Minimal wait time in the office and on the phone. Very clean office, bathrooms, and environment. Glad the office accepted Zoc Doc check-in/forms it made everything so much faster. The staff was friendly and busy which to me is great! The Doc treated and interacted with my daughter (4yr old) great! Very professional and knowledgeable office. I would recommend to everyone.

The staff was VERY polite and helpful. The pediatricians were both really sweet and caring . Im VERY happy with my son's new doctors.

The medical center is nice and clean. The waiting area is spacious but got very full very fast. The receptionist had us sign in and the sign in sheet explicitly asks if you are a new patient. We filled in that we are new patients and she did not pay attention to this. Instead she said we had to tell her because they "don't pay attention to the sign in sheet." After 10 minutes she gave us the paperwork for new patient . We waited about 30 minutes to be called in.
After being called in the nurses were helpful but were overwhelmed. There was a lot of confusion about what rooms to put patients in and patient order. Aside from being disorganized, they were kind and helpful. The doctor didn't take long to see us. He was professional and to the point. I like that he explained what he needed to do and why. We were pleased with our visit besides a bit of disorganization and not very helpful receptionist.
