Appointment was booked well before 2 weeks
with I nsurance & additional info provided.
Upon arrival the office had no record of my appointment and I was forced to start from the beginning.

My appointment was for 1:30pm, and I got out of there at 4:05pm. The wait time was the longest I've ever experienced at a doctors office. The doctor is a very nice, but the staff besides Yaini was unsatisfactory.

Dr. Jorge was great he made me feel like he really cared. He even went as far as to print me a coupon so my medication wouldn't be to expensive

I was seen 35 minutes after I arrived which was not bad considering it was my first visit. The office is very clean and neat staff, is very professional and helpful. Dr. Perez was extremely through and professional. I am going to bring my family. I recommend this office to anyone who needs a primary care physician.

Worst experience dealing with a doctor. They have zero regard for your time and the doctor is busy typing away in his computer, looking up medical definitions. First time I came in I waited 3 and a half hours. Second time 4 and a half. Yes, you heard me - FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. Would never in a million years come back to this place.

Made an appt. in the morning to be seen that day. Their physical schedule in the office wasnt updated quickly enough with online appt. data so they over booked. The wait time was 1.5hrs and they notified me of this. I chose to wait and was seen by the Dr. who was very charismatic and helpful. I will become a regular at this office but will make sure to call to confirm my appt. has been added to the books before heading out the door. Overall highly recommended.
