The receptionist, Doctor and other office staff were friendly and made it a great experience however the MA that called me back and took my vitals was not friendly, very short didn't even ask how I was doing or gave empathy for my condition. The MA Sariebelle made my visit an awful experience as a new patient.

Dr. Torres was very attentive. I was establishing as a patient so he spent ample time learning about my health history and explaining my current health circumstances in detail. He did not rush through the appointment though it was past office hours. I felt he was very knowledgeable and I left knowing my care is in good hands.

Dr. Torres is very personable and took his time to get to know me as a human being first and a patient second. He is very compassionate and understanding of issues and concerns I had and put me at ease with his explanations using non clinical terms making it feel like I was talking to a friend rather than a medical degree. Highly recommend!

He was nice...... he kind of worded things oddly though, he kept making it a point that he was in NY when AIDS first struck and kept saying it was only gay men who had multiple sexual partners. I didn’t know if he was making an awkward form of conversation for us meetings the first time or for attempting to slut shame me. He then continued his physical without gloves.... we are in the middle of a pandemic and i watched him touch the door knob then touch my face and neck. I have an immunodeficiency yet he didn’t bother to put on gloves. Luckily I had sanitizer in my car. He also kept down talking my hometown and putting his views on current events out there. I’m a patient not a political backboard you can bounce thoughts and ideas off of.... it was a very awkward appointment for me. He was nice, but unprofessional. I’m still contemplating if I’ll go back to him or look for another Doctor.
