Dr. Sanlly Perez Ceballos is bilingual and originally from Camagüey, Cuba. She graduated from Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Camagüey and worked as a Family Medicine Specialist in Cuba and Venezuela.
Dr. Perez completed her internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University in El Paso, Texas. She moved to Tampa in 2018, where she has been successfully practicing as an internist. Her vast experience in managing chronic and acute medical conditions, along with her passion for helping patients, will make this clinic an essential part of your life.

I would never go back to this office so unprofessional not sure what kind of business they have out of this office but they couldn’t find me in the system at first then said fill out papers and then said my valid insurance wasn’t valid. They asked when I walked in if I was gonna be seen for immigration I was so confused I wanted to see a doctor. PLEASE BEWARE !!

Dr Cabellos was friendly and conversational while staying on point with my first time patient visit as well.
I took my time choosing a new primary physician and am very comfortable with continuing forward as her patient. The office staff is kind and friendly.

I got more clear informaton about my current conditions in one visit than I've had with my former primary that I was with for 20 years. She showed real concern, knowledge, and a great desire to help, and I felt heard. We came up with a game plan on that first visit. I would give her and the staff 20 stars if available!

The initial appointment was good, the doctor seemed very nice. I was told I needed lab work. Lab work was scheduled, and I came back this morning for the lab work at 9:00 AM (It's an hour drive.) The nurse didn't show up until 9:03 AM, she was the only one at the office. I immediately had a nervous feeling and I asked her how she was at drawing blood, to which she tells me that she has hardly no experience and she's very nervous.
This did not make me feel good. I told her where most people draw blood in my arm, but she went with a thinner vein that I knew wasn't used very often, and of course, got nothing. The scariest part was how she told me how little experience she had, and I just don't think someone with so little experience should be the only person at an office, and the only person drawing blood. I will have to go to another doctor's office.

Dr. Sanlly Perez has been taking care of my parents and they are very happy and blessed with her care. I had seen an improvement on their health ducha a my mom diabetes decreasing and my dad blood pressure getting control. She is very kind and caring for her patients and will guide you through all the visit and follow up with you as needed. If you looking for a good doctor come to La Vida Clinic!
