If you're willing to wait more than 2-3 hours to be seen this is the right place for you. It is unbearable to wait in that office for 2 hours to be seen! I don't understand how people return this this place (if they do) The doctor was polite but didn't seem like he cared much about my situation. On top of that you have to return and get charged again just for them to let you know whether there's something wrong or not after a biopsy. So if you're ok be expected to wait another 3 hours to be seen and pay extra because they won't tell you over the phone. I hope I never have to go back

The doctor was very nice and he answered all my questions satisfactorily. He explained the medication he prescribed and how to use it effectively. The office staff was very nice from the front desk to the medical assistant. I highly recommend Dr. Mendez to any on who wants to visit a dermatologist that is both professional and compassionate.
