Joseph (Girma) Ayele DC was born in Ethiopia. He came to the United States in 1988. Dr. Ayele completed his pre-med at UCLA and transferred to Chiropractic School. He got his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles in December 1995. He has been practicing in Washington State since 1997. In December 2001, Dr. Ayele opened a "wellness by design" clinic, the largest multi-disciplinary in the heart of Seattle at the Convention Center. The clinic has modern technological advances with the wisdom of ancient systems of healing and great professionally-trained specialists.
Dr. Ayele's mission is to establish a prevention and a wellness center that is affordable to all, where patients and doctors interact as partners to better the journey of health and well-being. Dr Ayele has a profound respect for the individual's natural potential for self-healing, which is combined with the knowledge of various forms of treatment, both ancient and modern. He believes participants (patients) are seen as "partners" in the process of revitalization and maintenance of health. Dr. Ayele speaks Amharic (Ethiopian National Language), Arabic, and Spanish.
