I have been working with Dr Cilona for almost 5 years on a regular basis (about every other week). He has helped me grow significantly both professionalLy and personally. I started going to Dr Cilona to help me work on my executive presence, and transition from a manager to a leader and coach. Once I began to feel more comfortable in my professional life we began focusing more on my personal life. He provides an independent perspective and helps me work through different scenarios in a safe environment. I would highly recommend Dr Cilona to anyone that is ready to work on taking their personal and professional relationships to the next level.

Dr. Cilona is insightful and knowledgable on all things psychology and provides a clear path which is actionable and effective . He employs a blend of all disciplines in the psychology field and has audited virtually all the existing programs and courses. He also brings extensive executive and leadership couching. The results that I have acheived over the last 4 years are remarkable. He is simply the BEST!

Dr. Cilona has been my therapist for three and a half years. Over the course of that period of time, my life has completely transformed in a beautiful way. He has helped me to develop a more kind and nonjudgmental relationship with myself. I have learned (and am still learning to) let go of much of the shame imposed on me during my ultra-religious upbringing. He has coached me through relationship ups and downs, devastating medical problems, and a massive career change. I feel more hopeful and empowered today than at any point in my life, and I know that this is in large part a result of Dr. Cilona’s gentle guidance and compassion. I adore this man and can’t thank him enough for the ways in which my life has changed because of him.

Dr. Cilona engages with a tenured mind, open ear and warm presence. He builds a deeply trusted confidential rapport. In our dialogues, I feel open and confident to share what has yet to be shared with anyone — however my feelings or thoughts come out. I leave sessions with actionable nuggets, cherished “ah ha” moments, or points to ponder. I am grateful for his commitment to me as a human being striving to live who I am and optimize my potential in all walks of my life. I experience our collaboration as a gift, both when in sessions and when oceans away — as the awareness and learnings continue to unravel and present new growth and possibilities.

Dr. Cilona is one of the most gifted professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He initially helped me during a very difficult period of my life, and since then has helped me grow to face lifelong struggles of anxiety, depression, and so much more. Meeting Dr. Cilona was truly a life changing experience for me. When my first marriage started experiencing major issues I decided to see a therapist to see if I could create a positive change. I thought maybe if I was my best version of me, it would positively affect my marriage. Dr. Cilona's guidance was always on point. Ultimately, I couldn't save my marriage because I had a partner that was not interested in working with me, but Dr. Cilona truly helped me to become my best version of me. Through his guidance and support, he helped me to navigate being a single parent, and into a loving and full-filling second marriage with the man of my dreams. Dr. Cilona also helped me to build up the courage to go after my dreams and start my own business. Today, I see him more as a life coach and a mentor. Words cannot express how pivotal his guidance has been to my life, and the positive trickle down affect his guidance has had on my loved ones. I would urge anyone to meet with him.
