Mr. Flood is rather informative during the office visit and super nice guy but his receptionist can be rude at time and unprofessional. She has yelled and scream at couple of time Mrs. Shannon but it appears she is bad mood or personality issue , sad relationship. I just couldn't understand getting so angry when asking for questions and references. I think Dr. Flood Chiropractor should terminated Shannon office skills can be unpleasant she probably ran off a lot of his patience and hire someone professional and not a flower in the attack personality. I've heard grunt her teeth at me and she is just absolutely rude and now I've transfer out of the office. He should fix the TV as well and post license up and his team of staff the come in is so super nice too. They just need a clean up like brochure and post license where patience can see and general information even they dropping in from another office or mobile pain doctor. These are very important when running a practice otherwise he nice and maybe add more chiropractor machines, including activity beside ultrasound. Your going to get the best 15 minutes ever he just need get a professional receptionist that care about his office and respect his patients.

Great doctor. I have been a runner for years and always had back and knee pain. Dr. Flood was able to locate the source of the problem, align my joints, and aid my muscles. Thank you so much doc.

Dr. Flood was very attentive. He was thorough on his evaluation and was able to help me. I was seen by other provider but did not get any relief of my back pain until I saw Dr. Flood.

Great. will explain about my pain in detail. He also gave me exercise for my shoulder pain where other Dr's just treated me with meds. which I would recommend other relatives, and friends to him.

I was having headaches went to family Dr. also with migranes friend told me to go see Dr. Flood, he is with neck pain, which I think was great because he gave therapy & biofreeze exercise. It help my headaches a lot so probably my family Dr. could of done that but he didn't.
