I visited on two occasions. The first time was for a general physical after relocation back to Michigan. Getting in contact with Dr. Hagen was difficult. I explained my issues and he immediately recommended a medication that was addictive. The second visit, I waited for quite a while. I helped the receptionist fix their printer. It was really an odd visit. I never returned because this wasn’t the care I expected.

The visit overall was good. Being a new patient, I think I expected for the doctor to ask more questions and do an actual exam and not just prescibe medications based on the current complaints.
