Dr. Koss has been my doctor for the last 8 or 9 years and I feel fortunate to have him. He's very proactive where possible and quick to make referrals when needed. He is a good listener and explains things carefully.

I tell everyone seeking a doctor that they should consider Dr. Koss. He is patient and listens and them explains everything very well. I am comfortable with him and he treats me like a friend. Excellent doctor. Excellent facility. Excellent staff.

Annual physical. Dr. Koss is always very thorough and keeps up to date on the latest medical information and procedures and is a straight shooter and tells you exactly what he feels about your condition and the many different medicines and procedures available. You leave feeling very confident in your prognosis and his advice.

Dr. Koss and his staff have always treated me with respect and ensured that the questions I have regarding my health are address quickly, privately, and with professionalism. Since his transition to the IU Health office, his client list has increased making appointment making more difficult but when you see him he is sure to remember you on a personal level (not just as a patient),

Dr. Joseph Koss is an excellent physician. I have been a patient for several years and have been totally satisfied with the quality of care he has provided. He will take as long as necessary to discuss my medical concerns and answer any questions I might have. When planning a course of action, he takes my feelings into consideration, which is very important to me.
The office is in a central location in Muncie, which is easily reached by automobile, with ample parking within a few steps of the office.
The waiting room is quiet and calm, which is a nice and soothing atmosphere in which to sit until called for one's appointment. At the time of this writing, the patients are not subjected to a blaring television in this area, for which I am very grateful.

Dr. Koss is a fine physician. He is thorough and asks good questions to help the patient get to heart of the issue that they are there for. In addition he allows the patient to have input concerning their treatment and care. The support staff (Nurses, Receptionist, Med Techs.) is also very good, pleasant and kind.
