He was extremely professional and explained all the procedures very well. He was patient when I had questions and was more than happy to answer any that I had.
I was prompt for my 1pm appt, but was not taken back to the exam room for another 25 minutes, I value my time as much as I value the Doctors time. Dr Smith was very honest, and gave suggestions for me to follow in the next month.

The Doctor and Audiologist were professional and approachable; the Nurse(?)who did vitals and took history was a bit gruff.
Responded clearly to my concerns. Quickly perfomred painless corrective action. Explained future actions.

This doctor was great!!! Ater seeing Dr. Smith for my sever allergies and starting weekly shots in his office this was the first year ever that I haven't been chronicly sick with sinus infections.
My appointment lasted 3 minutes and 47 seconds. I was given a prescription but never told how much to take, how often, what time of day....nothing. I was told to follow up but that won't be happening. Not at this practice at least!
