Computer system and phones were down. Winter storm closed my work early but could not contact them to move up appointment. I was a new patient and doctor had none of my medical info because computers were down. I know it wasn’t their fault but felt like a wasted visit for a new patient visit.

My experience with Dr. Romanella was excellent. He was very professional, yet not condescending. His manner is very comforting, asking questions, and listening.
