Dr. Agbowo has been my primary physician for years. She listens to everything I say and provides recommendation and referrals when needed. She is the first doctor to never say, “lets just focus on one thing at a time. “ When I leave Dr. Agbowo’s office, I know all my concerns and more have been addressed. Video conferencing is no replacement for a doctor visit. Dr. was really nice. Nothing against her, personally. My girlfriend convinced me to do this and it was a waste of money. I won't use this service again.

Easy and straightforward

My initial visit was okay, but not thoroughly address though I had a focus issue, but since another reason for my visit was a yearly physical, and I have not had a physical in 2 years I was expecting a more thorough set of lab orders since I am 40 years of age. No routine labs were ordered and or any routine screening for my age. All that was address was the current problem that was bothering me. Also I still have not had a proper follow up to discuss the result of my test for the current issue that was address and the doctor ordered a test for. In fact I still don't know the result of the test. I was hanged up on by the office. I was told they were not able to find result as they are not sure where I went and did the test. I attempted to inform the receptionist, she cut me off and said I should email the place to her. The third time she told me I will have the doctor call you. The fourth call I there was no answer and I had yo leave a message. And still no answer or resolution... so my head is spinning with what is going on with my problem.
