I didn’t wait long, I went in fill out the paperwork (wasn’t one of those long drawn out form) waited maybe two minutes and was seen. Initially I went in for my annual Pap smear but it turns out he’s a primary care physician too so now I don’t have to go to two different places. He accepts my insurance and was very professional. The ladies at the front desk are really nice and answered all my questions. Thank you!

Very uncomfortable...He should SPECIFY UPFRONT why he is asking invasive questions about "why" you were raped, etc, and launching into an interrogation about things police already asked you.
It was hard dealing with that the day after I was raped.
I also didn't appreciate him inviting the front desk person nurse(??) to "eyeball" whether my vagina "looks like" I was raped based on whether he and that front desk person could see from a distance that the tears in my vagina and anus that were identified by the nurse at the hospital I was submitted to the night of my rape (who confirmed and took pictures of those tears)

The lady working at the front desk was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, Dr. Cohen is another story. I found him to be condescending and on top of that, he did something during my visit that I felt was unsanitary and unhygienic. I’ve seen many gynecologists and this was by far a visit that rated very poorly. I didn’t feel he is a doctor I could trust with my medical needs. Go elsewhere.

This was actually my second visit with Dr. Cohen. I was new to the area and looking for a doctor for annual tests as well as a lump I was concerned about near my breast. The first visit was fairly okay although he did make some comments that I thought to be semi unprofessional and unnecessary in regards to my body and sexuality (I am married to a woman). however, I brushed these off because he seemed nice overall. He said it seemed to be a swollen lymph node and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. After finishing the prescription with no change in the lump I made another appointment 2 months later. This time he acted as if I was crazy and he never said it could have been a swollen lymph node. In fact he told me there was nothing there at all! I have had this lump for over 6 months my wife and several friends have even felt it so although it could quite possibly be nothing it is something that concerns me. We ended the appointment when I said I would like to be referred to another doctor and he said “I’m not worried about you.” What was upsetting to me about the visit was his lack of understanding that when someone visits a doctor it’s usually something that is really bothering them and he basically brushed me off. Obviously I will never be going back.

It was only my first appointment with Dr. Cohen, but he came across very considerate and took the time to talk with me at length about my issues. I didn't feel rushed and my concerns were validated. The nurses and front desk staff were also excellent. I like the small office feel, it's much more comfortable and less clinical than most larger offices and you don't feel rushed along from room to room only to have 5 minutes with the doctor. So far, great first impression.

My initial consultation, I felt welcomed and confident; however, when it came to follow through, patient care, and considerate. This office is HORRIBLE. I miscarried the day after going to my initial visit, scheduled an ultrasound to make sure everything was ok, the dr never provided any information about the results of the ultrasound. He gave me his opinion at the front desk in front of other people.

Dr. Cohen was pretty nice. Definitely old school as far as just reaching in, inserting speculum/fingers/etc, without any warning. This didn't bother me but I could imagine that some people would be taken aback. My main concern is that they do not carry IUCs at all. I'm not sure why. The receptionists were very nice but didn't even seem to know what Mirena or the copper IUD were. They were going to "Call it into the pharmacy" for me when I asked about that as an option. So, if you would like an IUC, look elsewhere.

While traveling I needed to see a doctor due to complications with my pregnancy. Doctor Cohen was so comforting and knowledgeable of my condition. So glad I found him and I was able to see him right away.
