Welcome to my ZocDoc page. I grew up knowing at an early age that I wanted to be a doctor and “fix” people who were sick. Along the way I learned that “fixing” the sick was not so simple. My experiences in medicine have been rather well rounded. After completing my medical school and residency training here in New York, I became board certified in Internal Medicine. Up until this point I have focused my career on very sick hospital patients. I have spent enough time in hospitals to know that we must do everything we can to prevent hospital admissions. To do this we must do more to keep ourselves healthy. I set out to start Rapid Response Medical Care for that reason.
We offer our patients quick, quality medical care at a time that is convenient for them. I am joined by a seasoned Family Practitioner and ER trained Physician Assistants. Together we have the capability to treat people of any age for life’s little emergencies.

I was quickly added accurately diagnosed and given a thorough explanation
of “how “and “why” something like this happens. I actually had a type of cellulitis. I was instructed to keep doing warm compresses since I am unable to take Advil or Motrin, and was given an antibiotic.
I have used this facility more than once and I consider them a
“top shelf” immediate care facilities in Nassau county. (And I’ve been to a few)

I wasn’t seen by this provider however the woman I saw was very nice, it was a quick visit as you would expect I was in and out in about 15-20mins or so. I knew I had a throat infection so I wasn’t expecting anything comprehensive, she was attentive and assessed me briefly. Overall satisfied would go back

Visits to Rapid Response Urgent Care are always pleasant. The offices are clean, the staff courteous and PA Domenic was exceptionally attentive and spent a lot of time explaining my options.
The only drawback was I made an appointment since I was feeling badly and thought I can get right in to see the Doctor. That was not the case. Unfortunately making the appointment did not make a difference and I ended up waiting half hour or so before being seen.

Pleasantly surprised. The wait would have been much shorter but for the fact that it was a first time visit and I had forms to fill out. The next visit wait should be even shorter since I am now registered. The facility was super clean and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. Would recommend this to anyone and it is certainly a big improvement over an ER, especially for relatively minor complaints and when my primary doctor doesn't have office hours.

Went in to treat nausea and vomiting. It was an option on zocdoc. Payed a copay and when i went in i was out within 5 mins and doctor said i have to go see a primary care physician. I felt that i should not have been charged for that copay for a 2 min visit.

Went to see the doctor for my son to do blood work because he was dizzy and past out for few minutes and doctor didnt wanted to do blood work and recommended us to go to ER instead despite my request. I went to the ER and all they did was the blood work and EKG. Wasted my time. What the use of urgent care if i have to go ER. Close down urgent care

The doctor was nice but the wait time was ridiculous. No one was in the office and I still didn't see the doctor for about 40 minutes and they wouldn't let me go in because they didn't know my co-pay?? Horrible. And there was only 1 doctor. NEVER AGAIN
