Since this was my first visit, to actually talk about specific problems, he was very attentive, gave me answers as best he could and explained many situations that, previously, had me overly concerned. I had been very apprehensive about the visit (typical of me), but I found out that there was no reason to be, because he made me feel welcome and interested in my concerns. I didn't feel rushed in any way. Pearl D. Jan. 27, 2016

He was thorough but the thing I liked most was that he gave me a prescription which I could pick up IF I got worse and needed it. As it turned out, the next day I was way worse, got the antibiotics, which I don't like to take, and was feeling better within two days. He was very friendly, polite and professional.
Verified patient
Very good with my kids. Spoke to them directly, explained things in terms they could relate to. He gave very good advise. He even addressed issues that may arise in the future on topics unrelated to our visit. Long wait was due to Urgent Care hours.
Verified patient
He was great. Very informative and upfront.
Verified patient
He is former military member doctor and relates easily with his patients. Is easy to talk with and hetakes time to listen and works to get to the root cause of the problem.
Verified patient
Very pleasant! Dr. Hardman's nurse was very courteous and came to let me know how long I would need to wait which wasn't very long at all. I really appreciated her being mindful of me so I never felt "forgotten." Dr. Hardman was attentive and kind and conservative when it came to recommending additional drugs, preferring to go the "exercise and healthy eating" route which I appreciate. He let me know about alternatives but made me feel safe because of his preference.
Verified patient
Dr Hardman was everything I wanted my primary care dr to be. Extremely knowledgable about each concern. Explained each detail very well. Dr Hardman made me feel like he truly cares - was very respectful - he wasn't hurrying to get to the next patient he took his time-and he was very patient and thorough. I am very happy I finally have a Doctor Who has all the qualifications that I want in the primary care physician!

Dr. Hardman seemed to sincerely care about what I am going through. It didn't seem like a superficial conversation, he took his time explaining to me why he was prescribing what he did and giving my knowledge regarding my symptoms. If you're looking for professional, personal and sincere care then Dr. Hardman is your guy!

Really good doctor! He listened to my concerns and really tried to understand what was going on. When he talked about medications, he talked about the positives and negatives of each option so I am 100 % aware of everything that will happen. He is a doctor that you can trust instantly with any medical need. If you are looking for a doctor to see, he is the one to go to!

This was my first visit with this Doctors office. Strike 1: Putting aside time I spent waiting in the lobby, I waited an hour in my room before I was seen. Strike 2: Dr. Hardman sent my prescription to the pharmacy without my insurance information. Meaning, I had to wait for the prescription to be ready at the store while on my way home, and when I went in line to get it, she asked if I had insurance before checking me out and said "Oh, this will have to be rebilled", and I had to wait another 30 minutes at the store. Strike 3: For what I needed, there are many options for this - I know because we've been through this sickness at my house many times before. He chose to prescribe me the most expensive brand (I didn't know it at the time of course), that had no off-brand alternatives (can't think of the word). He didn't even ask if price was a consideration. Then I couldn't even call to get a different prescription because they were on their 1.5 hour lunch. If it weren't for a WalMart Pharmacy technician who showed me the drug maker's site that allowed me print a coupon and take some of the price off, I would have shelled out way too much for my budget. THEN, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the pharmacy to again, reprocess my order. Never going back again.

The initial appt. was great other than the 50 minute wait to see him. The follow up after receiving an ultrasound was a complete mess in communication with his staff. I was told two different results on my ultrasound. I had to make an appt and pay the copay just to see the doctor to clear up the overall results of my ultrasound. After meeting with the Dr., he apologized for the miscommunication and bad customer service. He tried to right the wrongs. He made sure my copay was refunded. That on his part I was very grateful for and appreciated. The problem is that I feel is the bigger issue is one employee who ruined the idea of going back and recommending this office. The office assistant who I spoke with told me there were two different results. In my frustration I asked for someone to call me back and let me know what the actual result was. Later on I received a call and told there was only one result. I asked if she could verify with the original young lady I spoke with who told me there were two results and she denied she knew what I was talking about. When the whole reason I received that call was to resolve the issue at hand. Horrible service, if you are looking for customer service, this has for sure been far from it. There are details that have been left out. Bad experience. That office assistant ruined the experience and I will most likely not recommend that place as long as she's there. You know who you are and what you said. Not cool to treat your patients that way it reflects poorly on your office as a whole.Good luck with that.

He listened to me and them presented his direction for treatment. My wife was impressed and will make an appointment to be seen by Dr Hardman as well.

What's the point in setting an appointment when you have to wait 75 minutes to be shown back to a room? I finally saw the doctor about 90 minutes into my wait. Absurd!!!
He was kind, caring and informative. I felt that he really listened to me and gave me all the support and information I needed.
Verified patient
My appointment was scheduled the day I called to make it instead of the day I asked to have it scheduled, so when I showed up I wasn't on the schedule. They got me in within 10 minutes though which was great. Dr Hardman was thorough and helpful. I'll definitely see him in the future.

Dr. Hardman is the man!
